Habit Change
We don’t believe that there is anything wrong with any of our clients. That being said, we recognize that sometimes people want to get rid of those old habits that no longer serve a purpose. Contact us now to learn how you can get rid of those old habits for ever.
Change those bad habits
Everything we do, we do for a positive reason. Even the smoking, procrastinating, acting grumpy serve some sort of purpose subconsciously, even if we don’t know why. Even worse, our mind makes us believe we need to keep doing these habits for one reason or another. With hypnosis, we can go into your mind (metaphorically) and help you make the changes necessary to take on new and more useful habits.
Perhaps you would like to stop drinking soda, or biting your nails, or avoiding tasks. Your mind has developed these habits for you to keep you safe, or make you happy or scratch some itch that you may or may not be aware of. Whatever the reason, there are healthier and more welcome habits you can take on instead.
what is a habit
A habit is simply something you do. They are kind of like a small program that runs from time to time, unconsciously. We have tons of habits. We play with our hair, spin our pens, adjust our mirrors before driving or throw our coats on the couch when we get home. Some habits are useful and some are not. Some habits are wanted and some are unwanted.
Sometimes we change our habits consciously, but it is usually for a reason. I knew a guy that quit biting his nails because he started playing guitar. He just stopped. I have known plenty of people that just stopped smoking or started getting in shape for no reason other than they wanted to.
but that one part of me...
So you want to stop doing something. You really want to quit. But there is one part of you or peice of you that just won’t let you stop. People who smoke will tend to say something like, “I wish I could quit, but part of me won’t let that happen,” or something to that effect.
Changing or stopping a habit is all about congruence. You consciously want to stop doing it, but something is making you continue to do it. While in trance, we can help you find that part of you that wants to keep doing what it is doing and help it learn new ways to meet your needs that it is trying to fulfill.
What Our clients say
Claudette M.
It Works!!! If It Can Work For Me... It Can Work for Anyone!! I'm So Proud of Myself!!! #SmokeFreeFinally Never Thought I Would Be Able to Say That!! Thanks Charles!!!

The session with you provided a very positive outcome. I immediately stopped biting my nails and had no further inclination to do so. Of course, after 50 years of biting them, they are very weak and thin, They are just now getting to the point where I can go to a salon to get them done professionally. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results of the hypnosis treatment. I wave my hands around and wear my rings and bling just to show them off. Thank you so much for help in assisting me in fulfilling a goal that seemed unlikely to be achieved.
