Who we are

Our website address is: https://coloradospringshypnosis.com/.

Colorado Springs Hypnosis Ltd. is a professional hypnosis practice dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal goals and well-being through therapeutic and metaphysical techniques. We also provide one on one sessions, education, events, and workshops related to wellness, personal development, and mental clarity. As part of our operations, we collect and manage information to provide high-quality, personalized services and maintain professional standards. Data collection allows us to manage appointments, respond to inquiries, support event coordination, and share relevant resources with our community.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect only basic information through our website—such as name, email, and phone number—to facilitate communication, scheduling, and service delivery. More detailed or sensitive information is gathered only through private, secure means when required for therapeutic sessions.

Client Data

Clients are individuals receiving therapeutic or hypnosis services. We collect personal data required to deliver these services effectively, which may include name, contact details, intake forms, session notes, and appointment history. This information is considered privileged and is protected under Colorado state law. It is stored securely, not shared outside of Colorado Springs Hypnosis Ltd., and retained for a minimum of 7 years, after which it may be deleted. This data is used solely for client care and internal record-keeping.

Customer Data

Customers are individuals who engage with our events, workshops, or request information about our products and services. The data collected may include name, email address, phone number, and preferences. This information helps us send updates, reminders, and offers relevant to your interests. Although not clinical, customer data is still treated with care and not sold or shared with third parties. It may be shared only with collaborators involved in organizing or hosting an event you’ve signed up for.

SMS Communications

We may send SMS (text) messages to both clients and customers, in compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations:

  • Clients: SMS messages are used only for appointment reminders, confirmations, and direct service-related communication.  Upon creation of a clients appointment, they will be asked if they would like text reminders.  If a client selects yes, they will receive reminders via text.  If they select no, they will receive email communications only.  Text reminders can be canceled anytime by replying, “STOP”.

  • Customers: SMS (Texts) may be used to send event reminders, updates, or occasional offers and information on related services or products.  If a customer selects yes, they will receive reminders via text.  If they select no, they will receive email communications only.  Text reminders can be canceled anytime by replying, “STOP”.

Your consent is required before we send SMS messages, and we do not share your phone number outside of our organization or authorized SMS platforms.  Depending on how the customer has opted in, they may receive an additional opt in message in text that may require the customer or client to give consent again via text.

SMS Opt-in

Here are the most common ways customers or clients may opt into text support.

  • Online Form (Digital Checkbox)

    • Example: A checkbox that users must select (not pre-checked) saying, “I agree to receive text messages about appointments and services.”

  • Verbal Request (Documented)

    • Example: During a phone call or in-person session, the individual verbally agrees to receive SMS.

  • Physical Form (Paper Consent)

    • Example: A signed intake form or event registration form with a section like: “I consent to receive SMS notifications related to my appointments or services.”

  • Text-to-Join Campaign

    • Example: A user sends a keyword (e.g., “JOIN”) to your business number, which automatically opts them in. Your auto-response must include opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

  • Point-of-Sale Opt-In

    • Example: At the end of a session or transaction, the client gives written or touchscreen-based consent to receive follow-ups.
