Refunds
There are no refunds on services. You are paying for time and expertise. Our smoking cessation program does have a lifetime guarantee of support, not a money back guarantee.
Prepaid packages are to be used within one year of purchase. After one year, any remaining sessions may be forfeit.
Digital products will not be refunded or exchanged as they can not be truely returned.
Gifting Session
You may purchase sessions for another person as a gift. If you have sessions you have purchased and no longer plan to use, you may also gift them to a friend or loved one. Just let us know so we can coordinate the session.
