HypnoButton: Good Feelings

Description

Here we use a wonderful hypnotic technique called anchoring, to help you create a button that will bring you good feelings.  During this track you will pick a place on your non-dominant hand to be your comfort button.  Then we create a mental connection between that button and feelings of  joy, love and calm.
